• Educational Qualification: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) in any academic stream from a university recognized by the Government of India.
• Computer Technical Skills: Operating and working knowledge of computer systems is mandatory (Candidates should have a certificate/diploma/degree in computer operations or must have studied Computer/IT as one of the subjects in High School/College)
.• Regional Language Proficiency: Proficiency in the official Local Language (reading, writing, and speaking) of the state or union territory from which the candidate is applying is strictly mandatory.
