NTA UGC NET June 2026 Result has been officially declared by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on September 18, 2026.

Candidates who appeared in the re-examination conducted on September 09 and 10, 2026, can now check their qualifying status through the official web portal at ugcnet.nta.nic.in.

Age Limit & Eligibility Criteria

Junior Research Fellowship (JRF)	Maximum age should be 31 years (Age relaxation is applicable as per NTA rules).
Assistant Professor	There is no upper age limit to apply.
Educational Qualification	Candidates who have passed or are appearing in a Master’s degree in a relevant subject with at least 55% marks (50% for reserved categories) are eligible. Candidates possessing a 4-year Bachelor’s degree are also eligible.
